Donald Duck appears on Hot Ones to eat spicy wings

To celebrate 90 years of wise-quacking, Donald Duck appeared on First We Feast – Hot Ones with host Sean Evans. No worries, Donald’s wings were made of cauliflower. This show is of course perfect for Donald, who as we all know, is quite the hot head. Although he claims to be cool in the beginning of the show, we will see whether he will last the full 8 minutes.

Donald was presented with 5 special hot sauces:

  • Queen of Roasted Hearts
  • Powerline Shock Sauce
  • Maleficent’s Fury
  • Cherna Bar-B-Q (not featured in the video)
  • Straight Out of Hades

Sean asked Donald a few ‘spicy’ questions as well, like “where his middle name Fauntleroy comes from”, “whether Donald is related to Darkwing Duck”, “whether he is cutting the nephews from his will”, and “whether Donald resents Scrooge’s wealth and power.”

Mickey was even there to support his friend (and keep him out of troubles)!

Video Synopsis

The video starts with Sean Evans introducing Donald Duck. Donald Duck is celebrating his 90th birthday and Mickey Mouse is waiting on the wings for moral support. Apparently, Donald Duck’s girlfriend Daisy dared him to be on the show.

Throughout the video, Sean Evans asks Donald Duck questions about his career and life while Donald Duck eats spicy wings. Some of the interesting facts revealed in the video are that Donald Duck’s middle name is Fauntleroy and that he doesn’t like people imitating him.

The wings get progressively spicier as the interview goes on. By the last wing, Donald Duck is really struggling with the heat but manages to answer some rapid fire questions about his nephews and Uncle Scrooge.
